    The organizers of the competition keep the right to limit the number of participants after the evaluation of applications Organizers have the right to demand additional information about the participants of the competition Participation fee of EUR 50 should be paid to the following account until August 18 of 2013 Jazepa Vitola Latvijas Muzikas akademija Address Kr Barona 1 LV 1050 Riga Latvia Reg no LV 90000028796 Bank State Treasury SWIFT TRELLV22 Account number LV97 TREL 9154 3910 0000 0 If the applicant decides not to take part in the competition the participation fee is not refunded Organizers will cover the hotel expenses for the participants of the 3rd round For the participants that do not advance to the 2nd and 3rd rounds but are willing to attend as listeners the hotel booking is guaranteed however hotel expenses have to be met by participants themselves Travel costs are not covered by the organizer Each participant shall prepare a programme in accordance with the Competition repertoire The selected programme should be stated in the application form Competitors have to participate in all rounds of the Competition they have qualified for and in all necessary rehearsals and concerts All pieces have to be performed from memory except the compulsory piece The participation order will be established by drawing of lots the order will remain valid until the end of the competition The prizewinners are obliged to participate in the Prizewinners Concert without additional fees Organizers of the Competition have the right to record and broadcast the Competition and the Prizewinners Concert on radio television or in internet The Jury has the right not to award certain prizes or to divide the prize money among several participants The decision of the Jury is beyond appeal The Competition is divided into three rounds Not
