  • Time Capsule Laid in the Foundations of Ventspils Electronics Centre Financed by Pohjola Bank | Pohjola Bank
    the planned Ventspils Electronics Centre on 3 September The Pohjola Bank Plc Latvia Branch granted a loan in the amount of EUR 3 8 million for the construction of this centre A modern production premises with high added value will be constructed in the Electronics Centre that will be built in the territory of the Ventspils High Technology Park It is planned that the construction of the centre will be completed by March 2015 The total area of the production premises of the Electronics Centre will be 4 300 m 2 The premises of the centre will be specifically tailored for the needs of the producers of electronic and electrotechnical devices One of the potential tenants of the centre is SIA Ventspils Elektrotehnikas fabrika Ventspils Electrotechnical Factory which plans to expand its operations Currently the factory employs 90 people while the creation of at least 45 new workplaces is planned in the new premises The festive laying of the capsule marked the completion of the construction of the foundations Officials of Ventspils City Council and the Freeport of Ventspils Authority the authors of the project and the builders the tenants of the future centre representatives of Pohjola Bank Plc Latvia
