    shares of the brands Net activity result of Cido Grupa in 2012 is losses in the amount of 23 thousands lats A year before the result was profit of 925 thousand lats The difference is constituted by additional investments for the introduction of new products into the market and information technologies in order to reach good results this year Investments have paid off and in the first quarter Cido Grupa turnover has increased by 22 in comparison to the same period last year In 2012 Cido Grupa has made capital investments in the amount of 604 thousand lats by performing improvements of manufacturing equipment and infrastructure at the plant of Cido juices in Riga and in Lāčplēša brewery in Liepaja and reduced its net loan level by 1 8 million lats According to Cido Grupa calculations in 2012 the market shares of Cido brand in the category of juices nectars and juice drinks increased by 4 In the category of water the brand Mangaļi maintained its position as the No1 brand Introduction of a new natural mineral water Mangaļi 3 and a new refreshing beverage NJOY into the market helped maintaining leading positions on the market of non alcoholic beverages
