available for local courses a Customer Service Representative will provide the Customer with specific details or general information including Contact details Indicative price Handicap requirements Course details Facilities Where possible and subject to each individual course s tee reservation policy The Concierge Service Provider will check the availability of tee times confirm any specific handicap requirements and once agreed make the reservation on behalf of the Customer using their credit or payment card details Final settlement for charges made will be the responsibility of the Customer direct to the Golf Course Note There may be charges for cancellations and no shows and all reservations made on behalf of the Customer will be subject to and in accordance with the Golf Course s own terms and conditions Business Services Reservation Service The Concierge Service Provider will provide where available access to a network of over 250 executive office suites in key international city destinations Typical facilities include all the support a business traveler would need including personal assistance secretarial support document production internet access
